Thanks FD. You are right in saying that luck will be required.

Somehow I think at this level somebody besides me will see value and something will happen

I think there is value, whether somebody will see it in time is the big gamble.

Time will tell. I recognise the possibility/likelihood of both denial and confirmation bias in my behaviour - but somehow I think it will survive.

One thing I am not in denial about is that getting more cash will be painful.
