    After having thought about - it makes no sense for LNG9 to force the price up now.

    Its only worth buying if they can get the shares cheaper. So maybe they are getting a few but not enough to impact the price too much.

    They may take the attitude that they want to make their offer look attractive as possible to try to get 90% Bidding the price up might not help with that.

    It just depends on their attitude.

    In the end it’s rare that TO offers fail because the bidder wants out. Normally they fail because the holders want more and won’t sell.
