Did they ever explain why they did not move to the NASDAQ other than to say they needed to extend the liquidity runway after 6 months of trying

This move was one of the key reasons I held my shares. I thought it was happening.

Then suddenly after 6 months when I was of the view they were getting all the paperwork ready and the matter was being considered by the various courts and authorities necessary.they then say that’s off the agenda.

I think they should have reported on progress and told us about why the effort failed and when it failed. Six months should have been long enough to get it done.

i am upset about this
