Many companies fail due to bad timing leading to lack of funds and insolvency. In this case it has has been due to macro factors outside LNGL's control:

1) Energy market collapse
2) Trade war
3) COVID-9

Like Virgin Airlines' staff, planes and infrastructure, the projects could well survive but shareholders' equity won't.
