Spot on Longstory! Key words...."less headache".

Waiting for months and months for administrators / liquidators to wrap up is painful. Why would you want it when this situation is already imposing anquish.

Once in adminsistration, you cannot use your shares for tax purposes, (to write off against any capital gains), until the process is complete.

Not sure if people are aware unless they've experienced it.
