I think you're right. I sense that with the various international delegations visiting LNG offices ... negotiations have to be underway as GV has mentioned. Surely one of them will result in a successful conclusion soon ... after which others will follow.
I may be wrong, however I sense that after yesterday's crazy low of 43 cents, the pressure in the LNG pressure cooker is beginning to build again today.
