I know the investment world and society in general is very short term looking and the next twitter feed from anyone will create fear/excitement/hate/love etc but where has the rational thinking gone from all of us?, where has common sense gone?

Of course a company should be forward looking and do things to forward plans otherwise we all just give up! No planning, just live in the immediate future and say oh well, we gave it a crack!!

I’m personally guilty of this with my trading, I like the company but am being too guarded with any meaningful hold due to being skittish on daily news!

Yes it helps in today’s environment, but if you hold the right ones and block out the noise then you will get paid many times above where you were, just pick the right ones
