yeah not sure if it was just the journalists interpretation of GVs words, but it does confuse things a little. Chinese not signing until it's all sorted out? that could be years. Surely not the strategy? it would indicate there's pretty much zero chance of BTA before Christmas, so I think the SP will drift lower now. A good thing if you are a believer.
