They are not saying they have a single customer to take the on full 6/8 mtpa and why would they, they would want diversification.

Additionally it's almost the 4th month and BTA's take many many months to negotiate. If one was to be knocked out soon you still have 2 more x 2 mtpa to go so that could easily take another 6 months or more. Then you have to sort out the finance which still doesn't leave much room in the 8-9mths remaining this calendar year before the Xmas season is upon us and things slow down.

Perhaps read the article for what it is and stop jumping to conclusions.

Well this is interesting. Publicly announcing whom they are in talks with. Surely you would only do this to create a bidding war with the remaining amount of capacity available/currently being negotiated...
