If my memory is correct, MLNG was one Stonepeak's FIRST investment if not the first. In any event, I understand TV (repeat TV) is absolutely determined to see MLNG succeed given commitments to Stonepeak's own investors.

As for any equity dilution, signed BTAs will drive the sp mitigating a raise at such low levels. The Board is acutely aware of this and will be doing all they can to avoid.
