I don't want to be a "downer" but at the O&G Conf they (the presenters) were commenting that the Nappa Trough they thought was drier than other parts of the C/B. So whilst some shales in the CB might be liquids rich, some Presenters felt that the Nappa Trough was not.

Don't shoot me, I don't know, I am only repeating the comments I heard - (it may well have been the presenter from Strike but cannot recall).

(and its important, because we read now that the US shale gas is only viable at these low prices, because they are extracting liquids from the shales at the same time - make the money from the oils abd virtually give away the gas)
