In terms of valuations though: until you know otherwise, assume the worst; if the sp is above your valuation then it's time to consider selling or confirming that your valuation isn't overly conservative. Right now I'd like to see a valuation where our current ~$4 is above that valuation. Personally I'm at >$8.
