Just some more reference points:
In its 2011 Annual Report, EWC referred to the Abbot Point LNG project which was then projected to cost US$350 for 1mtpa lng facility. (A further US$388million was earmarked for a 350km long gas pitpeline to the Bowen and Surat Basins).
The company (ASX code: LNG) is building a 4mtpa lng plant in the USA. According to their just released costing, this 4mtpa facility will have a capital cost of US$2.2billion.
