This is Apache's work. It shows that in the timeframe that EWC's capex was spent, and its coldboxes etc were actually built and stockpiled for delivery, and when it locked in its contract prices that capex of $400 per annual tonne is not far off. Note that the costs ballooned when only when Australians tried to build mega LNG plants...
