    On the other hand....... The only officially stated capital cost position re: EWC's Sengkang LNG can be found in EWC's own 2011 Annual Report and its September, 2011 CSLA Investor Forum presentation.

    EWC’s 2011 estimate of capital costs (Sengkang LNG project) are US$125-150million per 0.5mtpa, excluding primary gas processing plant and power generation (see EWC 2011 Annual Report, page 35).
