The ASX aren't doing anything about it because it's in relation to historic announcements that they overlooked.

I will get my chance at GV as I will now be scrutinising every LNG announcement. I suggest he familiarise himself with the Corps Act and quickly learn where the appropriate place is to make announcements.

Also, if he really does believe that no CR will be required until 2019, why is he spending his time marketing LNG to investors?

He should be focused on selling the tolling agreements, not trying to spruik the company....
