I agree with the basic idea behind what you say (BTA's are the primary focus and deserve the most executive attention)

But no immediate need for a CR does not mean that some degree of selling of the companies stock does not also remain an important secondary priority for a company with little or no revenue. Investor support cannot be taken for granted while we wait for BTAs and it is not in the companies interest (or ours) for the sp to go into free fall.

It is NOT in a companies interest to be in a position that they can't raise money without a massive dilution because unforeseen circumstances (or another opportunity) may require it.
