LNG Senate hearing Philippines, page-6

After listening to most of the video I've come to the conclusion that the DOE (Department of Energy) of Philippines has a lot to answer for. It is clear that this project should have been completed in 2015/2016.
Corporate/Government corruption in the Philippines is well known, but for the President to allow blatant corruption of this nature to take place is beyond me.
Why would any international corporation want to do business in the Philippines.
Good on you EWC for persisting to complete your LNG Project against all odds.
