    On 3 October, 2008 you stated that EWC has an agreement in place to ship LNG to Indonesion power plants.

    It is my understanding that the MOU EWC has in place with Petraminia (and Chinese interests, for that matter) are far from being agreeemnts.

    The relevant ASX announcement refers to the fact that EWC hopes to have a Heads of Agreement with Petraminia in place by the end of 2008 to supply LNG to Indonisian power plants, commencing 4th quarter 2009.

    I would appreciate if you could clarify.

    If you know that there is a firm agreement EWC has entered into a firm agreement with Petraminia, could you please let me know how I (and others) could find our about such details.
