You would probably find if they announced to the market that this was their intention, they probably wouldn't get too much stock anyway because shorters would panic and lift the share price buying back their stock and the rest of the market would then join in thinking if LNG is buying back it's own shares they must be undervalued.
As I said it's a strategy worth considering .
