Yes you are correct that the storage tanks etc in phase 1 are big enough to include phase 2, so phase 2 is just the extra processing capacity to take it to 8mtpa. In terms of the 50% in both case, I believe the original statements were that stonepeaks % was based on them achieving a defined IRR. I would have thought the addition of phase 2 would change the % of the project required for them to achieve that IRR; unless of course they were putting in more money, which I believe they are not. Again, could be wrong, but as I said I haven't seen anything that spells it all out neatly yet.
