Nice story te, bit of an epic, but nice story for what was eventually said though. For the record, although most of the LT holders know my story. I sold half my holding at about $3.68 average, enough to cover my initial outlay and retire on the profits. I still have circa $1m in there. So I had a plan, I followed it and the rest is history. I let the SP gyrations pass as I believed the story. The market is manipulated, and short term movement is impossible to predict, as you've proven. Eventually market fundamentals prevail though.
To ignore fundamentals is to flurt with an announcement that will blow any position out of the water. If you short it at the wrong time it will happen to you again as it happened with your losing $1 position from $2.50. Only problem is, the right news announcement will pop it more than $1 overnight.
