I wouldn't call it that. T trades are trades that were done at any time from 9:30 am est to 4 pm est but the market makers didn't have time to mark it down in the buy/sell column so they hold on to it until after hours close and then it gets posted as a T trade. Same with transfer of stocks or other weird things...but they show up after 4. Sometimes it changes the stock prices and sometimes it doesn't. It usually shouldn't.
