From the sounds of the email from the company in the other thread on the subject it seems like it probably doesn't matter which you hold. But really, not being really familiar with the OTC market in the U.S. it's hard to comment beyond understanding mostly how the ADR's work since we have a similar arrangement here, typically for companies who've moved from an ASX to a U.S. main listing. Hopefully others in the U.S. will chime in with additional information.
