Maybe someone can explain this.
If you as a fund manager sit there and work through the merits of a buy and come to the conclusion that HDR is worth >$100k as a buy at 83c.
Then you palce a bid as a u.
Then you see the price get away from you.
And...if you are like some of us...have heard there will/may/might be a stop on Monday.
Right.
Now if its a buy at 83c - why not at 84 or 85c.
Why wait?
