I largely agree with what your saying but don't think we have anywhere near the time needed to get there. Where we will always disagree is that I see CGT back to 100% as removing a 20 year concession that has had caused massive, negative structural change. As opposed to a new tax but that is the 2016 election conversation all over again. The election that was so deceptive around taxation language we can never discuss it maturely again.
