Yep, and redolent of releasing many of the tortured minds out into the community in 1980 and refusing to institutionalize them now, only for the worst affected to kill innocent citizens during a psychotic episode. So now the latest news is that the kid that knifed the bearded priest is another tortured mind from the age of 5, and the government makes the ridiculous excuse that he was a terrorist - like the Lindt Cafe guy where the authorities were long aware that he was psychotic long before the hostage drama. All murderers terrorize their victims one way or another, but calling those two examples' terrorists in terms of modern day speak is not only pushing the envelope, it's a goddamn distortion to suit the governments lack of responsibility.
