Looking at why people voted out the last LNP gov, it was because of scandals.
The things that matter to the voters... certainly not Nuclear powerplants.

When their jobs get cut and redundancies announced every week, then that is what they focus on.

Most can't spare the time to be upset over the Holy Land issues. They are too stressed over the cost of their groceries and health. Now, a lot of unemployed and NDIS families vote. Large chunks of them in some electorates. The working class, the welfare reliant and the insecure work voters are not big fans of propping up billionaires anymore.

The voters are not totally American-like indoctrinated - they do swing. A lot compared to some other countries.
It is the mark of an educated voting population.

So - key policy issues for the next election... Health and Education.
