I’ve been called an idiot and worse - for saying the same things on here for ages
I termed it Oz’s wealth is fake - fantasy.
A fool’s paradise.
And yes - I did come up with what should have been done - when, how and by who.
Same things still apply - but now - the patient is in ICU - not the dietician’s office
it’s probably too late.
With the latest last gasp of the miracle economy from our adrenaline injection- IF we had massive political guts - there could be a magic wand
but first - one would have to accept that the patient is actually critical and that their sudden burst of apparent health may be that little good patch you get often just before the patient carks
we need the guts to make the BIG decisions to go for it or not
With a Liberal government- they really don’t have the character for ideas and decisions- this won’t be as simple as shutting the gate and doubling the dole for a few months
