needed sales skills, product knowledge,
technical knowledge, awareness of competitors
products, warehousing skills, administrative
skills, the ability to understand margins and
profit, the ability to resolve conflict, the ability to
up sell. etc etc.
The young people we hired needed a helping
hand for more than three months.
