    We are not talking specialty retail or account management. This is about an 18-20 year old working alongside a 21 year old. Both hired on the same bloody day.

    I have had 50 years experience in retail from the lower classifications through to senior account management.

    There is no justification for paying that 21 year old hired alongside an 18 year old a different pay scale. Same level of competency on day 1, just different pay.
