You have NFI have you. This is not mining tradies under contract. This is 18-21 year olds working at places like JBH or HN that have a damn sight more knowledge about their products than any 60 year old.

Why the hell are they not paid equivalent wages???

I have not been in a union in my life. But I do recognise unfairness in wages for those that do the same work, deliver equal or better results but are paid less. This is the same as we had 60 years ago................women doing the very same job are worth less.

And you wonder why the young and women want nothing to do do with the coalition?.
