"He's wasting money because it'll end up being a no again imo," ...... doesn't this mean that it's AssetEnergy wasting their money? if its No from the judge AE should pay legal costs. I mean they are the litigants aren't they?

"Good grief, thats where the whales go ". ..... have you ever been on a boat to watch whales? lovely creatures, often quite curious when theres no propellors risking their hides. do you know how far out to sea you need to go to see whales? where they actually go? they follow the coast line on their migration routes. often they come up harbours too.

the wind towers are sited to be 30kms off shore - thats a good way beyond where any whale watching boats goes to find whales. of course though I don't say no whales ever go 30km off the coast. males usually follow a deeper water route east of NZ.

fishin' a lot of companies have contracts cancelled at the last minute when dealing with pollies. crikey Morrison cancelling the French subs was going to cost Aus 2.6Bn till Albanese negotiated the fee done to less than a Bn. off shore wind towers have been contentious all over US in particular. so of course there would be some cancellations. doesn't mean they don't work or they cost a lot. cheaper than coal mate.
