I see mostly encouraging things as well and I've thought the plant would be relocated for sometime as they've always mentioned the site being on skids. It's not perfect but it's a lot better than the outcome at the moment. He's right on the money when he says it was badly handled I mean there was a lot of options the Government could have considered right at the very start.
