I think we all know the limit of that poster by now.
The bit of research I've done on this really bring home the stupidity of the Lnp's supposed nuke plan. Building a new reactor where there's currently a coal fired power station means 20 reactors will need to be built before 2040, because thats when every coal fired station is due to be retired by. They have reached the end of their reliable life span. By all reports there is zero chance that the first one will be built within 15 years from now. That takes us to 2040. So we won't even have 1 built before the coal fired one's are shut down. So how long would it take to build 20 of them with our skill and labor shortages?..lol...it's pure madness. In addition to that, the majority of our coal fired stations are not by the ocean, so that means not enough water to keep the core cool, which works out to about 1 million litres of potable water per day from the dryest continent on earth. Just insane nonsense.
