@madamswer; you appear to be unaware that many testing and vaccination centres have closed and that while Morrison's advice re eligibility for boosters has changed that delivering such on the ground is struggling with issues including staffing and vaccine supplies.
As of morning television news today there are even media reports that state governments are being asked to fix Morrison's mess. The video footage of cars queuing in Sydney were alarming and yet again centres have been turning people away en masse.
