A couple of weeks to collate etc. is garbage.
Assay results are material information. They can't sit on it for that long without either releasing the news or go into a trading halt while they do what they want to do with the information.
ASIC need more funding so they can do more work to hold company director's to account because it seems they do what they like as they know ASIC won't touch small caps like this. Meanwhile retail shareholders get shafted.
