We don't need a ramping style of management. We simply need competent honest managers. When we have good results they will then be promoted in a professional manner and sell themselves in my opinion. I hate managers that promote nothing but hot air because after all, hot air just rises and dissipates into nothing in my experience. Patience lads, patience.
