Really good points Tropic. One thing they probably havent accounted for is that they have no-one situated in the top 20 with enough pull to get then over the line as with previous resolutions. Now its up to the real investors to have their say. I agree with you that there are not enough rules here and no accountability for failing the SH's. It maybe in our best interest to say no to these resolutions until they are truly earned. If they had of approached this year with more concern for the owners of the company it may have been a totally different case. I have emailed them 3 times and received no answer and now they want more money? Really?
