Why do they feel they’re entitled to another 55 million free...

Why do they feel they’re entitled to another 55 million free shares on top of a ludicrous salary already. How many hours a year would it actually take as all the work outsourced. It’s obviously a lifestyle company for management but what confuses me is they manage to make all the announcements in regards to the agm to secure their ridiculous salary but can’t make an announcement to shareholders. Do they not have any legal obligations to reply or answer shareholders questions or concerned. I have never been associated with a company like this as generally emails or phone calls are answered or returned in a timely manner
