The article you mention about "TMS and the final nail in the coffin" had a question mark at the end. You missed it. As far as I understood it, he was wondering whether TMS would be lucrative and productive or would be another dud like Utica. If TMS was a dud like Utica, HK would drop. That was his case as far I understood it.
Based on that article, he NEVER said, "short HK at $4". According to his disclosure, he did not short HK either. He was waiting for more drilling results from the TMS to adjust his thesis accordingly. That was all.
You are also absolutely wrong with TID. TID's management had a very good reputation. They created and sold with a decent premium several other companies in the past. Apparently, you do not know TID and you do not know the CEO's biography.
And again, see his 40 out of 40 successful picks (he might has more successful picks than 40, but I started following him in the first half of 2013). See the forest. You cannot find this track record anywhere else.
