    Institutional investors make fool to retailers. They know they are going to exercise their options. They would have obviously sold their stock at hype price 0.17 to 0.22, they are not going to sell it at current price. Common

    If we are smart enough we cold have sold 2months before and be ahead of insto or big guys.
