Found this good read...has all of the company info from the start it looks like....back to Finbar O'Hanlon. I'm curious if the 350 million shares that were escrowed were connected to performance milestones that would have 200 million shares alone going to Phoenix Myhh (O'Hanlon I believe) page 30 ish. If so that would mean they have hit 4 very important milestones as part of the reverse takeover agreement?
