The was an attempt at getting some seed money about 6 months ago for about 500k. I put this to gerard and asked why it is not mentioned in any of the updates and why it has not been disclosed with shareholders about the capital raise. His reply was that it was to small of a capittal raise to bother disclosing to which i replied that LNU raised just 1.2m and they felt it necessary to disclose so why not 500k? He didnt reply to it.

Now they are raising 2m and nothing has been disclosed. This is not right and should be taken up with board. BVS is still owned completely by LNU and a lot of investors jumped on because of the blockchain tech. Now they are diluting shareholders and nothing is being said.
The same speech that was given in this video was the same about 6 months ago and to be honest the guy sounds like he is bored and tired.
