I was reading somewhere recently that maybe one or more of the game staff that designed the Lightning and Dragon games for ALL are now working for LNW and it was the same game staff that designed the Dragon Train game. If that's true then it certainly smells like a lot of that ALL "know how" was used by LNW. Like you say--the optics of that have got to look bad in court.
