How can the miner place a time frame with people over whom it has no control i.e. beneficiary v executor??? Does the miner say, to calm its shareholders, that if we don't get the ML by a certain date we will walk? The miner is now clearly in a very sensitive situation and IMO, as they have FAR more interest in getting it resolved, we should trust that they are doing the best that they can under the circumstances.
The last thing they want splattered all over the place is that some greedy bastard is holding up a $billion gold mine. How would that expedite negotiations???
