They understand punters better than anyone and know that genuine punters are traditionally not patient and by paying them out on their bets early, they know that most of that will go straight back into another bet.
LNY is clearly a "patience" punt, especially when management is telling us nothing, which just adds uncertainty to impatience and the end result is obvious, those punters sell.
