Thanks Saffa. Have you told them that you hold 1%?
Won't they even listen if you asked them to provide you (and the market) with more detail, as I'm sure that they won't tell us all?
What's wrong with confirming what I have heard that they had two individual landowners to negotiate with and have satisfactorily finalized one, but there is a "slight complication" by the death of the other registered owner where negotiations are now required with the Executor and beneficiaries and are proceeding?
That's called "being transparent" without upsetting anyone.
