See ann 1 August, but, I'm sure that cash won't be the problem as S.B. always bails them out when required. Can't see that happening this time as they had over $600K in cash with all bills paid and minimal expenditure and a loan facility of $2 mill.
In saying that, I reckon that that will probably tip the scales in favour of taking the negotiations to a Land Council for resolution, making our negotiating position even stronger (irrational, unreasonable claim exhausting applicant's cash situation and causing months of loss of high revenue). Instead of negotiating with him we could be suing him!!!!!
