    Fair comment Romann although I can't agree with your "feeling" re Agate Creek and in all fairness to Vaughan, he is the Chief Operating Officer and has nothing to do with the negotiations and should not really be making any comments anyway. That job is surely the responsibility of the Company Secretary Paul Marshall and he's the one that has chosen the wording in the QRs and you either trust his judgement or walk, IMO.
